At 54, with the body of a 30 year-old athlete, Wayne is the epitome of ‘practice what you preach’. He has a wealth of training experience; coached professional boxers, trained in Martial Arts, Yoga, fitness, NLP etc. His business knowledge includes being a past winner of a Small Businessman of the Year award. Personally, he has injured every major joint in his body and has drawn on that experience to formulate a capsule training programme that works for people of all ages, sex and sizes.
