This retreat is suitable for all levels from beginners looking to gain a better understanding of Kundalini yoga and how it works, to experienced yogis wishing to refresh their knowledge and practice. This retreat takes place in the lovely Hampshire countryside surrounded by woodlands at Champneys Forest Mere, the original spa and wellness resort operator in the UK. Forest Mere, framed by a lake, blends enchanting grounds with the latest spa and beauty facilities and features the UK's first thalassotherapy pool. Champneys features a full fitness facility, 25 metre pool and spa to help you unwind after sessions. You can also explore the grounds and take a walk or cycle around the lake on one of the bicycles set aside for guests. There are convenient transportation links by rail, road and air.

The cost for this special retreat and experience is £1,395. This includes accommodations, all meals and access to the fitness facilities and pool as well as a "Maya goodie bag".
