Abi Mills began her career as a Martial Artist in which she developed her expertise in strength building, both emotionally and physically. She became very aware of self discipline through her practise and was quickly drawn to the emotional strengths she was building. Having been suffering with sciatica from an aggressive karate fight she turned her passion to the discovery of her internal strengths through balance and happiness. It was then that Abi found her place within the yoga community.
Abi gained control of her body, healing her aches, injuries and even her sciatica. She continued her yoga through two childbirths experiencing the calming benefits yoga, relaxation and meditation offered.
She trained as a yoga teacher and took her passion into a career. She developed a deeper understanding of spiritual readings and meditation and found herself wanting to help others find happiness and balance within themselves, and therefore founded ‘Abi Mills Yoga’.
The Face of the ‘Om Yoga Show 2015’ Abi, has just launched her first DVD, ‘Yoga for Seniors’, which is filmed with her mother. Abi is also signed with Body in Balance TV Channel to release further titles in the future.
