Body in Balance was created out of a desire by its founders to promote well being through yoga, exercise, nutrition and relaxation. The perfect medium for promoting these activities was through broadcasting via satellite TV and the internet.

Body in Balance started out in 2006 as Alfra, a German based company. In 2007, Body in Balance Ltd (shortened as BiB) was created to acquire Alfra and FitonTV, Alfra’s main programming provider. FitonTV is now known as Body in Balance Productions and continues to operate the production part of BiB.

BiB provides a wide range of information services, an internet shop and promotion of leisure activities. During 2008 we decided to expand our products and services through the creation of an online community where people can share thoughts and ideas and participate in events in a more interactive way. We hope to share our experiences with you and that you can share yours with us.
